I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. Ours was a little different this year, as my mum is in hospital and we’re still waiting on a diagnosis. Thankfully, she was allowed out for Christmas Day and then re-admitted that evening.
It’s been a busy but fun week. I’ve been off work and I’m finally feeling better after the flu wiped me out. I spent the first few days at home catching up with chores, reading and watching films with my family. Then I got my hair cut and coloured on Tuesday, which has made me feel human again.

Things are looking up for me this summer. After having my upper left wisdom tooth extracted on the 22nd of June, the daily headaches and sinus pain I had since January subsided and I now no longer need to take naproxen or co-codamol.
