Creative Hobbies

I’m so pleased that I got back on track with my writing last month. I’ve been getting up early to write most days and it’s paying off. I managed to achieve my goal word count for Camp NaNoWriMo-you can read more about that here. If I stay on track, I should finish the first draft of my WiP by the end of October. I might then start book 2 for NaNoWriMo in November, then edit book 1 early next year.

I haven’t done any artwork this month but I got some cool watercolour pens for my birthday so I’m looking forward to experimenting with those.

TV & Film

Films watched: I saw the new Jumanji film and, though it wasn’t a patch on the original, it was still quite funny.

TV shows:  I’ve been rewatching The IT Crowd, it’s still so funny.

Quote of the Month

"You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success if found in your daily routine. "-John C. Maxwell

    • Thanks, Trisha. Yeah, I don’t usually take on so many at once but my moods were all over the place and I couldn’t seem to stick with anything.
