Has your self-esteem improved with doing this challenge? If so, how? Would you be willing to do it again?
Yes I think it has improved slightly. I’m sure building self-esteem is much like improving at anything-it takes regular practice. Thinking about things that you like about yourself daily is a good way to focus on the positive and put yourself in the right frame of mind. I would definitely be willing to do the challenge again when I feel like I’m in a bit of a rut and want a positive boost.
